Caroline joined Golden Link Savings & Loans Ltd. from the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB), with over 20 years of diverse experience where she served as a Branch Manager in charge of Retail Banking, Commercial lending, branch expansion and transformation. She has a proven track record for driving results and reversing trends of underperforming branches to “star” performance. Caroline has a wealth of experience in Depository Services, various additional Advisory services, Private Banking and Wealth Management. She joined Golden Link Savings and Loans Ltd. in October 2016 as Head of Operations. She has significant Operational leadership experience, budgeting, cost control, and strategic planning areas. Caroline is currently the Ag. Chief Executive Officer of Golden Link Savings & Loans Ltd. She has an Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) from the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana. She has participated in Securities courses at the Ghana Stock Exchange.
Renee has over 20 years’ experience in the banking sector, with in depth knowledge in business development, relationship management and product development. She has a proven record of building teams that maximizes output. She is a self-motivated, confident and result oriented individual with a passion for excellence. She commenced her banking career in October 1998 at Johnsons Savings and Loans Ltd., which became First Trust Savings and Loans Ltd. where she worked in different roles as a frontliner. She later joined the Universal Merchant Bank Ghana Ltd. as a Relationship Manager. Her experiences in Relationship Management includes Personal Banking, Retail Banking and Business Banking. Her passion is to excite and exceed customer’s expectations. She joined Golden Link Savings and Loans Ltd in October 2016 as Head of Business Development and Corporate Affairs. She has handled different roles in Golden Link which includes Head of Recoveries and Ag. Head of Human Resources. She holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration (Banking and Finance), both from the Central University College. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resource International (SPHRi).
Kweku brings to Golden Link a wealth of experience in Accountancy, Taxation, Software design, development and implementation, spanning over twenty years. He started his career as an Analyst Programmer at ECG from 1993 to 1996. He was involved in Non-Special Load software development and systems support. Kweku resigned from ECG and joined Capital Telecom, a subsidiary of Granger Telecom (UK) as the Billing Controller from 1996 to 1999, where he developed the Billing System and successfully integrated it with the Wireless in Local Loop (WILL) system. Kweku sojourned to the United Kingdom and returned in 2003 to take up an appointment with Union Management Services, a subsidiary of Unity Link Financial Services as the IT Manager whose primary responsibility was to ensure that the IT systems were operating at their optimum. In 2005 he was appointed the Head of Operations of Golden Link Financial Services when Union Management Services acquired Telecash Financial Services and the company was renamed. He served in that capacity until Golden Link Financial services was acquired by the Glico Group and incorporated as a Savings and Loans company. During the period as Head of Operations in Golden Link Financial Services, he completed his MBA Finance and the ICA Ghana professional examinations and was inducted as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana in 2015. He has extensive experience in the field of Data Modelling and Visualization.
